Blueberry Lime Ricotta Toast

Start your day with an extra zing with this protein-packed ricotta toast recipe that will help you power through whatever awaits you!
  • 1 piece toast
  • 3 oz ricotta cheese
  • ⅓ C fresh blueberries, cut in half
  • zest of half a lime
  • 3 small lime wedges for garnish
  1. Toast 1 piece of bread.
  2. Measure the ricotta cheese into a ziplock bag. Clip one end of the ziplock bag and squeeze the ricotta onto your toast in a zigzag pattern as if using a frosting bag.
  3. Arrange the blueberries over the ricotta toast. Season with lime zest. Garnish with lime wedges as desired. Serve immediately.
