Healthy Easter Bunny Snack Packs are a fun, carrot-shaped, healthy snack for kids made with carrots, crackers and cheese.
Ingredients
  • Baby carrots
  • Annie's Organic Cheddar Bunnies or a gluten-free alternative as needed
  • 4 cheddar cheese sticks
  • 8 snack-sized plastic bags
  • 4 large twist-tie bags
  • Green ribbon
Instructions
  1. Measure ⅓ C of Cheddar Bunnies and ⅓ C of carrot sticks into individual snack bags and then zip them up, squeezing any excess air out. I quartered my carrot sticks lengthwise to make them more manageable for small children. You'll end up with 4 bags of carrots and 4 bags of bunnies.
  2. Place a cheese stick and 1 bag each of Cheddar Bunnies and carrot sticks into each twist tie bag so that all of the food is filled into one of the corners. Tighten the bag around your snacks, squeezing out air so that the corner of the bag becomes the bottom of your carrot. Tie the top of the "carrot" with some green ribbon and trim any excess or uneven ribbon coming out of the top.
