Dessert for breakfast?! Well, not quite, but this deliciously clever combo of yogurt and fresh fruit just might fool you!
  • 1 whole banana
  • ¼ C honey granola
  • 2 oz vanilla whipped yogurt
  • 2 oz strawberry whipped yogurt
  • 2 oz chocolate whipped yogurt
  • ¼ C finely chopped fresh pineapple
  • ¼ C finely chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate sundae syrup
  • 3 Tbsp whipped cream
  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • rainbow sprinkles for garnish
  1. The night before making the breakfast bowls place your yogurt in the freezer. Be sure to purchase whipped yogurt as it develops an ice cream consistency when it's frozen.
  2. To assemble the breakfast sundae bowl, begin by placing a layer of granola at the bottom of the dish. Next, cut a banana in half and place each half on either side of the bowl to create the traditional banana split look. Add one scoop each of the chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla yogurt that you froze the night before.
  3. The next step is to add all the tasty toppings. Top the chocolate yogurt with chocolate syrup. Then top the strawberry yogurt with fresh strawberries and the vanilla yogurt with fresh pineapple. For the final touches, place a dollop of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on top of each scoop. Garnish with LOTS of rainbow sprinkles.
