One Pot Bacon-Wrapped Chicken with Sugar Snap Peas and Pasta – Fun, kid-friendly veggies, pasta, and savory meats combine to create a simply amazing and easy one-pot dish that the whole family will love!
There’s no more kid-friendly vegetable than sugar snap peas. They’ve got it all – sweet to eat, fun to pull apart and it’s even more fun to catapult their hidden contents. When it comes to bacon, well, almost everyone loves bacon… That’s why, when I decided to match up the fun and sweetness of sugar snap peas with the mass-appeal of bacon, and then decided to cook them up as a one pot meal with chicken and pasta, I knew this meal would be AMAZING! Ask my family, it IS!
Every six weeks I cook up a recipe for the readers over at Simple As That, a family focused blog about simple living. I thought this recipe would be perfect to share with them, as it’s a simple, one-pot meal and full of yumminess the whole family can get behind. To read the full recipe, head over to Simple As That, where I also teach how to string a sugar snap pea like a pro. If you love one pot meals, be sure to check out another recipe I developed for Simple As That – Rustic Italian One-Pot Chicken and Rice.
Happy cooking, but not too much dish washing!
