Sesame Ginger Salmon and Vegetables – Bring some excitement to your dinner table with a tasty, 30-minute meal that’s accessible for the whole family!

Sesame Ginger Salmon and Vegetables

A huge motivator in getting my family to try new foods is whether it looks cool or not. I guess that’s why my son begs for the dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets (of questionable quality and taste) over the premium organic nuggets that I suggest. It has everything to do with appearance. I’ve found that the same can apply to vegetables. If I cut them up into fun shapes or make a design with them on his plate, he loves them. When I recently brought Romanesco broccoli home from the grocery store, its wild spiral pattern caught his attention and he was willing to give it a try.

Romanesco Broccoli

This handsome vegetable was the inspiration behind my most recent recipe for Sesame Ginger Salmon and Vegetables. It’s lightly sweetened and seasoned, making it approachable for the whole family. And the freshness of the vegetables and salmon make it a delicious spring dinner.

Such a nice, lovely dish, all spring. I love romanesco too, it makes any dish look so impressive!
