Cinnamon Peaches n’ Cream Ricotta Toast – Celebrate the joys of peach season with the delicate, lightly-sweetened high-protein breakfast recipe!

It’s peach season! The past couple of weeks I’ve been buying peaches by the basketful and I’ve been eating them with and on just about everything I can! They’re so so juicy, sweet, and full of fresh peachy flavor! And it’s fruit, so there’s no shame in being a little bit of a peach piggy.

Cinnamon Peaches n' Cream Ricotta Toast

Since I’ve also been obsessed with ricotta toast lately the natural thing to do was make a recipe for Cinnamon Peaches n’ Cream Ricotta Toast.

What I love about ricotta toast is that it makes a perfect high protein energy-boosting snack or breakfast. For this version I thinly sliced some beautiful local fresh peaches and arranged them on top of my toast. I then lightly sprinkled it with cinnamon sugar and some white chocolate shavings.

This Cinnamon Peaches n’ Cream Ricotta Toast is lightly sweetened and it has a delicate flavor that lets my fresh peaches shine!
